We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the items. The items must be in original conditions and shoes must be shipped including the shoe box.

Non Qualifying items include:

  • Smoke odor, animal odor, body odors
  • Stains or has been washed/worn
  • Shoes that appear to have been worn 
  • Any jewelry and accessories 

 Original shipping fees are non-refundable 

Clearance Items 

Any clearance/sale items that have been marked down to give you the best deal are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for a return. 

Store Credit

Once your return has arrived it will be processed within 7 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. When we have completed your return a store credit will be added to your online account.

Damages/Incorrect Items

We do our very best to package a high quality product but are unable to guarantee the way it is received after going through shipment. If you have received a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package included with a picture and description of the damage. 

If you believe your order was packaged incorrectly please email Midwest Grace and I will review the shipment and invoice.
